The 2008 event is now scheduled to take place on 24th to 26th September at Craigielaw Golf Club.

Craigielaw Golf Club, Aberlady, is situated 20 miles east of Edinburgh, amidst the glorious coastal scenery of East Lothian, Scotland. Inspired by the great links courses of Britain, particularly those on land which are less dominated by dunes, Craigielaw is equal to many of the finest examples of such courses, which are conveniently located nearby in the East Lothian area.
Craigielaw gives golfers the opportunity to play on a modern links and offers a challenge to golfers of all levels, offering a variety of tees from red, 5371 yards, blue at 6043 yards and white at 6601 yards.
The course is designed by Donald Steel’s firm of architects on a wonderful piece of land, with breath-taking views over Aberlady Bay, Gullane Hill and the Firth of Forth. Over 40 pairs of hares inhabit the site (hence the hare logo) and many other forms of bird life can be seen as the course borders the bird reserve at Aberlady Bay.

The inaugural was staged at the Musselburgh Old Links in East Lothian just East of Edinburgh which is the oldest continuous playing surface in the world.
If St Andrews is "the home of golf", Musselburgh Old Links is "the cradle of golf". Each hole has a name with its own small piece of history ("Pandy", short for "pandemonium" being one of them). The course is 2,874 yards, with a single par-5 and three par-3s.
