The Championship will start on day one with a pro-am consisting of teams of four and will have two shotgun starts - one in the morning and one in the afternoon - comprising up to twenty-two teams
in each.
For the team competition the best net score to count out of four with the professional's score also being recorded.
The World Hickory Open will then start on day two and is open to professionals, amateurs and ladies.
Sets of six original, hand-restored clubs will be available, again supplied by Christopher 'Hickory' Homer of Past Masters Old Links Golf, the international hickory event company (www.oldlinksgolf.com)".
The prize fund for both events will be published at a later date and in accordance with PGA recommendations.
